We start this meeting learning about you, your goals, and identifying where you’re at in your wealth building journey. From there, we discuss our general services, fee/cost structure, sample financial model, and service schedule. We mutually decide if it makes sense to schedule a discovery meeting or set the framework for a future date.

The focus of this meeting is gathering and organizing your financial data as well as learning what your personal goals are. We complete a confidential financial questionnaire where we dive deep into your relationship with each asset. Learning your specific account goals and actionable timelines.

The plan presentation meeting is focused on analyzing your net worth, cash flow, and balance sheet. We also re-introduce the goals we talked through in our discovery call to make sure those are still aligned. From there, we show you exactly where you sit relative to your goals and identify any weaknesses or unnecessary risks. Once the risks are addressed, we talk through the financial plan recommendations and analyze the model together to formulate our final strategy.

This meeting is focused on covering specific investment accounts, risk-return profiles, portfolio volatility, return expectations, and the process to fund accounts.

At this stage in the process, we have mutually decided to work together on an ongoing basis and are implementing your financial plan. We discuss communication preferences, meeting frequency, account access, and set meetings with third party professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, and lenders.
